Farīdūn Faryād (December 6, 1949 - February 5, 2012) was an Iranian poet, children's book author, and translator. He was a member of the Society of Greek Writers. His works have been translated into Arabic, English, and French. In Persia, he published several poetry collections and numerous translations of both Greek and foreign poets.
