Fazlul Qadir Chaudhry (March 26, 1919 - July 17, 1973) was a Bengali politician who served as the fifth Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan from East Pakistan after Maulvi Tamizuddin. He was affiliated with the Muslim League Conference under Muhammad Ayub Khan and acted as the acting President of Pakistan at times when Ayub Khan left the country. His elder brother, Fazal Kadir Chaudhry, was the leader of the opposition in the East Pakistan Assembly.
