Feliciano González Ascanio was a Venezuelan Roman Catholic bishop, born on March 20, 1921, in Guatire. He was ordained a priest on October 24, 1943, and appointed the head of the Diocese of Maracay on July 31, 1962. His episcopal consecration occurred on September 2, 1962, with José Humberto Quintero Parra as the principal consecrator. He participated in the Second Vatican Council and served in his role until his death at the age of 65 on December 13, 1986.
