Feliks Okheda (Félix Ojeda) was a Puerto Rican politician and labor movement activist born on March 15, 1903, in Naguabo. He initially joined the Socialist Party of Puerto Rico, rising to positions such as secretary of district committees. After disagreeing with the party's direction, he left and joined the Puerto Rican Communist Party, where he served as editor of the central newspaper 'Pueblo', then as secretary for press and propaganda, and became the general secretary in 1969.
