Félix Martínez Cabrera was a Spanish Catholic priest born on October 28, 1928, in Valdepeñas de Jaén. He earned a doctorate in Canon Law from the Pontifical Institute Utriusque Iuris at the Pontifical Lateran University. He served as the dean of the Cathedral of the Assumption in Jaén until 2002, and was also the parish priest of the Sagrario church in Jaén. His roles included vicar capitular (in 1970), doctoral canon, and vicar general of the Diocese of Jaén.
