Félix Ortega Arce was a Peruvian doctor and politician. He served as the provincial mayor of Huancayo from 1967 to 1969. During Fernando Belaúnde Terry's second term, he was a Congressman representing the Junín department and the Aprista Party. Tragically, he was murdered in 1987 by a terrorist cell of the Shining Path organization.
