From 1980 to 1988, he taught at ESCUNI in Madrid, where he created a course on popular music. He has directed radio programs and received several awards for his contributions to music and pedagogy. He authored the encyclopedia 'Y la palabra se hizo música,' the most significant study on Spanish singer-songwriters. Currently, he is developing the web project 'Canción con todos.'
