Fernando Soto Rojas is a Venezuelan politician born on May 30, 1933, in Altagracia de Orituco, Guárico State. He is currently a re-elected deputy in the National Assembly and served as a member of the National Constituent Assembly. He has represented the state of Falcón in the National Assembly of Venezuela. Soto Rojas is a former Secretary General of the "Liga Socialista" and was also a guerrilla member in the Armed Forces of National Liberation during the 1960s.
