Cihat Fethi Tevet (January 31, 1916 - November 27, 1989) was a Turkish physician, writer, encyclopedist, and politician. Born in Istanbul, he hailed from a family from Rize. Due to his father's military career, they lived in Istanbul. Influenced by his father in his youth, Tevetoğlu developed an interest in Turkish nationalism, which he actively pursued during his high school education.
