Fikret Adil (January 7, 1901 - June 4, 1973) was a Turkish writer, journalist, and translator. Born in Çengelköy, Istanbul, he left his studies to join the National Struggle in 1917. He wrote for numerous newspapers and published articles in various magazines. Adil produced a weekly art magazine and two notable art journals. He translated over ten theatre plays for Ankara State Theatre and Ankara City Theatres. After becoming ill in 1973, he passed away in Zurich and was buried in Eyüp Cemetery.
