Félix Danilo Gómez Bosques, known as Félix and Negra, is a Panamanian singer and songwriter born on August 29, 1980. He adopted the name Negra after another Panamanian artist remarked that he 'sings like a black man from Jamaica'. Before releasing an album in the United States in 2008, Félix removed references to his nickname in his songs, and his CD packaging was reprinted to feature his name as Félix.
