Florence D. Buhr was an American politician in Iowa, born on April 7, 1933, in Mills County. She was a member of the Democratic Party and served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1983 to 1995 before moving to the Iowa Senate, where she served from 1995 to 2003. Buhr was a former teacher who attended the University of Northern Iowa. She passed away on May 12, 2018, at the age of 85.
