Juan Fernando Fonseca, known professionally as Fonseca, is a Colombian singer, songwriter, and composer born on May 29, 1979, in Bogotá, Colombia. He has dreamt of becoming a singer since childhood. Fonseca studied music at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. He released his debut album 'Fonseca' in 2001, followed by 'Corazón' in 2005, and 'Gratitud' in 2008. After parting ways with EMI Capitol, he signed with Sony Music and released his fourth album 'Ilusión' in 2011.
