Fouad Mohamed Abou Zikry was a prominent Egyptian naval commander, known for his leadership during the October War. He was the mastermind behind the successful attack on the Israeli destroyer Eliat in 1967. Abou Zikry is notable for being the only naval officer in Egyptian military history to achieve the rank of Fleet Admiral, and later, Field Marshal. His contributions have made him one of the most significant figures in modern Egyptian naval history.
