Francis Asekhame Alimikhena is a former Nigerian senator from Edo State, who served from 2015 to 2023 representing the Edo North Senatorial District. He was first elected in 2015 and re-elected in 2019 but lost his re-election bid in 2023. Alimikhena was the vice-chairman of the Senate Committee on Housing and a member of the Senate committee on Constitutional Review. He is affiliated with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and served as the Deputy Chief Whip of the 8th National Assembly. His district encompasses six local government areas.
