Notably, on July 5, 1970, he submerged himself in Lake Ilopango inside a locked chest, escaping unharmed after 30 seconds. Another famous stunt occurred on August 29, 1990, when he was buried for 168 hours in Parque Nacional de Pelota Saturnino Bengoa, breathing through a PVC tube. This act is regarded as one of the most striking events in Salvadoran entertainment.
