Franco Donatelli was an Italian comic book artist and illustrator, born on March 13, 1924, in Alessandria. He is renowned for his work as the regular artist on the Zagor series. After assisting Mario Faustinelli, he made a career switch to comics in 1946. His notable contributions include comics like Mistero, Silver Scout, Pecos Bill, and Radar. Donatelli illustrated many Zagor stories from issue #37 to #375. He also drew three stories for Mister No during the 1970s, continuing his artistic legacy until the 1990s.
