Frank Arnold Frantzen (1923-2011) was a Norwegian graphic artist and painter known for his expressive style. He received art education from Henry Imsland, Bruno Krauskopf, Ellen Iden, and Eystein Sigurdsson, and debuted at the Høstutstillingen in 1951. Frantzen held a solo exhibition in 1954 and contributed to many exhibitions locally and internationally. His work includes contributions to church altarpieces and he received several cultural prizes and scholarships. Arvid Møller noted him as one of the most exciting expressionist artists in Norwegian post-war art.
