Frank Bissett Garden was a Canadian politician who served in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 1991 to 1996 as a member of the NDP representing Cariboo North. Before his political career, he worked as a bricklayer. Garden ran for election in 1996 and 2001 but was unsuccessful. He passed away on October 13, 2007, due to colon cancer.
