Frank Milton Izenour (1913-1999) was a Major General in the United States Army, known for commanding the 2nd Infantry Division. Born in Pennsylvania, he served in various capacities during World War II, including significant roles in the North Africa Campaign, the Italian Campaign, and the Anzio Landing. After the war, he climbed the ranks to Major General and held several key positions, including division commander in South Korea and head of the Test and Evaluation Command. He passed away in 1999 and is interred at Arlington National Cemetery.
