Frank L. 'Buster' Wortman was an American criminal active during Prohibition, known for his role as a bootlegger and gambler in the St. Louis area. He was a leader of the Shelton Brothers Gang and took control of gambling operations in southwest Illinois after the Sheltons. Wortman's criminal activities flourished until his death in 1968.
