František Zyka mladší was a renowned violin maker from Brno, born on February 20, 1930. He began learning the craft under his father, František Zyka, at the age of seventeen. After studying violin making, he returned to work in his father's shop. He was involved in both repairing and crafting new instruments, favoring Guarneri's style. Additionally, he was a member of the Circle of Artists and Violin Makers. He relocated his workshop several times during his career, ultimately operating until his death on June 15, 1988.
