He began his professional career in 1993 and has been involved in coaching, serving as an assistant coach for Barangay Ginebra San Miguel in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Standing 6 feet 3 inches tall (1.9 m), he retired from playing in 2004. His contributions to Filipino basketball as a player and coach continue to be recognized.
