Johan Fredrik Jakobsen Aaros, known as Fredrik Aaros (1911–1943), was a Norwegian telegrapher and resistance fighter during World War II. Educated as a telegrapher, he joined the Royal Norwegian Navy and participated in several escort missions. Aaros was a member of Kompani Linge, where he trained in espionage and assisted Norwegian refugees. He was involved in Operation Carhampton but faced Gestapo arrest and took his own life to avoid capture. He was posthumously awarded the St. Olavsmedaljen and has a documentary book published about his life.
