Fū Narumi (鳴海 風) is a Japanese novelist born on October 15, 1953. His real name is Shigeru Harajima. He specializes in historical novels centered around wasan (Japanese mathematics) and has also worked as an engineer at DENSO. Additionally, Narumi serves as a board member of the Shintaka Foundation and is a member of the Japanese Mystery Writers Association. He is an adjunct lecturer at Aichi Institute of Technology Graduate School.
