Fumei Sai (born Ichiro Takeuchi on May 24, 1956) is a Japanese manga author and gambling critic. He is also active as a playwright, director, and critic under his real name. Sai gained popularity with his bestselling book 'People are 90% Appearance' (2005), which focuses on nonverbal communication. Additionally, he is a professor at Takarazuka University.
