Gabriel Marinescu, born on August 10, 1954, is a Romanian politician who served as a deputy in the legislature from 1990 to 1992, elected in Timiș County on the FSN lists. He was active in parliamentary friendship groups with Australia, Venezuela, and Poland. A participant in the Romanian revolution of 1989, he was a member of the revolutionary committee established at the Opera House in Timișoara. Following the revolution, he joined the FSN municipal council in Timișoara starting December 27, 1989.
