Gagik Nersisian is an Armenian political figure born on February 5, 1951. He graduated from Yerevan State University as a chemist and later worked in various capacities including as a lab director at a vitamin plant and as a senior engineer and researcher at a chemical reagents institute. He served as a deputy in the National Assembly of Armenia from 1990 to 1995, representing the National Democratic Union faction, and later was a member of the permanent commission on mandates and ethics in the Assembly. Nersisian was also the general director of the Nairit plant from 1999 to 2003.
