Galboda Gnanissara Thera (1943–2024) was a prominent Sri Lankan Buddhist monk known for his role as the head priest of the Gangaramaya Temple in Colombo. He was affectionately called Podi Hamuduruwo, meaning 'Little Monk'. In 2003, he became the Sanghanayaka of the Western Province and also served Sri Lankan Buddhist temples in the United States before resigning. Thera was celebrated for his significant contributions to community service and left a lasting impact on the Sri Lankan Buddhist community.
