Manoel Garcia Neto was a Brazilian voice actor born on November 18, 1931, in Santos. He lent his voice to famous actors like Charles Bronson, Burt Lancaster, and Clark Gable. He worked at the dubbing company Herbert Richers for sixteen years. In 1996, he served as the dubbing director for animated films such as Toy Story and The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He passed away on December 27, 1996, in Rio de Janeiro. He was also the father of fellow voice actor Garcia Júnior.
