Garcilaso Aguado Sánchez was a Spanish political activist and anti-Franco militant born on January 13, 1926, in Mazarambroz. He was prominent in his union activities within UGT as a worker at Pegaso. Aguado served as a councilor and deputy mayor in the l'Hospitalet City Council after the first democratic municipal elections in 1979, holding office until 1987. He passed away on July 25, 2011, in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
