Garvin Edward Timothy Nicholas is a Trinidad and Tobago politician and former diplomat born in 1967. He represented the United National Congress as a temporary Opposition Senator in the 8th and 10th Republican Parliaments. He served as High Commissioner to the UK from 2010 to 2013, and as Ambassador to several European countries. He was Attorney General from February to June 2015, and is the leader of the Movement for National Development, which contested the 2020 general election.
