Gazon Matodya (c. 1920 – December 1, 2011) was a prominent leader known as gaanman of the Okanisi or Ndyuka people in Suriname. Living in the village of Diitabiki (Drietabbetje) along the Tapanahony River, he belonged to the influential Otoo Lo clan. Notably, he voiced concerns about modern changes impacting his community in the late 20th century. His leadership contributed to the successful land rights claim by Maroon tribes in 2007, reclaiming control over territories with historical significance dating back to the 18th century.
