Gen Sekine was a Japanese dog breeder and serial killer, born on January 2, 1942, in Japan. He, along with his common-law wife Hiroko Kazama, was responsible for the murders of at least four clients in Kumagaya, Saitama Prefecture, from April to August 1993. They were both sentenced to death, but Sekine passed away on death row before his execution on March 27, 2017.
