Genrikh Chepkasov is a Soviet footballer born on February 8, 1937, known for playing as a defender. He developed his skills at the football school in Tomsk and played for several teams, including Sibelktromotor and Kairat. He notably participated in 36 matches during the 1962-1963 championship and reached the semifinals of the Soviet Cup in 1963. After a career as a player, he became a coach. In 2008, he moved to Kharkiv where he lived until 2009, following the death of his first wife.
