George Ancil Cadle was an American professional golfer born on May 9, 1948, in Middlesboro, Kentucky. He excelled as an amateur, winning the Kentucky State Amateur three times. Cadle turned pro in the 1970s and played on the PGA Tour, achieving significant finishes, particularly in the 1980s, with notable performances at the Greater Hartford Open and Greater Milwaukee Open. He later participated in the Ben Hogan Tour, before making his final PGA appearance in 1991. His golfing nickname was 'Cuddles.' He passed away on March 15, 2015.
