George Robert Farmer, born on October 4, 1938, is a former American luger known for competing in the singles event at the 1964 Winter Olympics, where he finished in 29th place. He is an alumnus of West Seattle High School and the University of Washington. Notably, during the 1964 Olympics, Farmer and his teammates, Bill Marolt and Mike Hessel, were involved in a controversial incident leading to their arrest for alleged car theft and altercation with police, although they were later acquitted.
