George P. Bush, born on April 24, 1976, is an American attorney, former U.S. Navy officer, real estate investor, and politician currently serving as the Commissioner of the Texas General Land Office. He belongs to the fourth generation of the Bush family, being the oldest child of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. He is the nephew of the 44th President George W. Bush and the grandson of the 41st President George H.W. Bush. His middle name, Prescott, is derived from his great-grandfather, Senator Prescott Bush.
