George R. Harker (1943-2020) was an author and self-styled 'cyberspace philosopher' known for his contributions to the naturist movement. He earned his degrees in Philosophy from Ohio State University and Texas A&M University, teaching for 21 years at Western Illinois University. Harker was also the founder of the Church and School of International Détente and contributed to the book 'Recreational Nudity and the Law' by Gordon Gill. He passed away in 2020 in Hawaii.
