Georgiy Vitalyevich Semenov was a Russian Soviet writer born in Moscow on January 12, 1931. He studied at various institutions including the A. M. Gorky Literary Institute, graduating in 1960. Semenov began his literary career with stories published in the 'Znamya' magazine in 1961. Throughout his life, he was an active member of the Soviet writers' union and contributed to literature through stories, novellas, and novels. He passed away on April 30, 1992, in Moscow, where he was buried.
