Georgina, born Valentina Schukina on November 14, 1931, in Leningrad, was an influential Russian Orthodox nun. She served at Pühtitsa Monastery from 1949 to 1955, leading the choir and managing economic affairs. From 1955 to 1968, she worked at the Mary Magdalene Monastery in Vilnius. In 1992, she became the head of the Orthodox monastery in Ein Karem, Jerusalem. Her dedication to monastic life and leadership roles significantly contributed to the Orthodox community.
