Gerald Warnecke, known as 'Preacher', is a former guitarist of the metal band Running Wild. He was born in Luneburg on January 2, 1959, and was a member of Running Wild from 1982 to 1985. During his tenure, he contributed to the albums 'Gates to Purgatory' (1984) and 'Branded and Exiled' (1985), as well as the video 'Live in Bochum' (1985). After leaving the band due to disagreements and a desire to focus on his theology studies, he currently serves as a pastor in Cologne.
