German Lukomnikov is a Russian poet, prose writer, and palindromist, born on May 6, 1962, in Baku, Azerbaijan SSR, USSR. He has Armenian heritage on his maternal side and has lived in Moscow since 1975. Lukomnikov began publishing his work in 1990 and has been featured in various literary journals and anthologies. Notably, he compiled the first anthology of Russian palindromes in 1994 and contributed to the anthology 'Russian Poetry of the 1950s to 2000s'. He is known for performing his poetry readings and has won several poetry slam competitions.
