He was a member of The Four Seasons from 1973 to 1990, where he sang lead and played drums on notable hits like 'December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night)'. Polci was briefly married to Antonia Valli, daughter of Frankie Valli, and has a daughter, Olivia Valli, a musical theatre performer. After his music career, he transitioned to teaching at New Providence Middle School and co-founded 'The Hit Men' in 2007 with former bandmates.
