Ghazi of Iraq, known as Ghazi bin Faisal bin Hussein bin Ali al-Hashimi, was the second king of Iraq. He reigned from September 8, 1933, until his death on April 4, 1939. During a brief period in 1920, he served as a titular king of the Kingdom of Syria. His reign was marked by nationalistic sentiments and challenges in establishing a stable governance in Iraq.
