Ten Bosch represented the Netherlands national baseball team from 1996 to 2000, earning the title of Most Valuable Player during the 1996 Haarlem Baseball Week and competing in the 1996 Summer Olympics. He has worked as a journalist for twelve years at de Telegraaf and currently writes about financial markets for Het Financieele Dagblad.
