Gilbert Lumoindong is an Indonesian pastor born on December 26, 1966, in Jakarta. He was a television host for "Spiritual Refreshment for Christianity" on RCTI from 1992 to 1997. Lumoindong started preaching at 17 and studied theology, earning a diploma in 1990. He chaired GO Studio Jakarta before founding GL Ministry in 1998. He is active in preaching on TV and radio, leading around 18,000 congregants at GBI Glow Fellowship Centre. He stirred controversy by criticizing Pope Francis over LGBTQ+ civil union support.
