Gladys Ethel Parentelli Manzino is a Uruguayan feminist photographer and theologian, born on March 21, 1935, in Carmelo, Colonia, Uruguay. Since 1969, she has been residing in Venezuela. She represents Latin American ecofeminism and was one of three Latin American women appointed by Pope Paul VI as observers at the Second Vatican Council.
