Glass Marcano, born Gladysmarli Del Valle Vadel Marcano on May 31, 1996, in San Felipe, Yaracuy, is a Venezuelan orchestral conductor. She was trained within the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela. In 2020, she participated in La Maestra, the first international competition for female conductors in Paris, where she received a special award from the orchestra. Notably, Marcano is recognized as the first Black woman to conduct a symphony orchestra in France.
