She combines musicological research with ethnomusicology and anthropology, particularly in the Bages region. Starting piano at age six, she studied under her sister and later received multiple teaching credentials and degrees. She served as head of protocol for the Manresa City Council until 2016 and has published works in her field, receiving various prestigious awards throughout her career.
